The legal operating system for modern firms
JURINEZ is a practice management workspace for lawyers, firms, paralegals and in-house legal teams. Clients, matters, documents, time and billing preparation sit together, with an AI assistant that cannot skip a lawyer’s review.
From Nezuna Technologies Inc., Ontario, Canada. Launching first in Canada. The product is in development, and there is no public launch date.

How the product is meant to behave
01
Confidentiality first
Access is granted, not assumed. The design keeps one firm’s records apart from another’s.
02
A lawyer decides
The assistant drafts and summarizes. A qualified person reviews the result before it is shared or treated as final.
03
Canada first
Canadian practice is the first market. Another country is added only after a legal, privacy and operational review.
Who it is for
Independent lawyers
One place for the file, the time entry and the invoice draft, without re-keying the same facts into a stack of tools.
Small and mid-size firms
Matter assignment, permissions, a shared calendar and a view of work that is still open.
Paralegals and legal consultants
Tasks, documents and client coordination, with access limited to the files they are on.
Corporate legal departments
Intake from the business, contract review and a record of what was shared back.
What the workspace covers
Read the full feature notesThese are the capabilities specified for JURINEZ. They are not a live service today.
Practice management
One workspace for the day-to-day running of a practice: a dashboard, tasks, a calendar and the people who do the work.
CRM and conflict checks
A record of individual and corporate clients, and a conflict check that searches only inside the same firm.
Matters
A single record for every file, from intake through archive.
Documents
Matter files with folders, versions and permissions. Sharing with a client is an explicit act.
AI assistant, with lawyer verification
Summaries, contract review and drafts for people who already have access to the file. A lawyer verifies the result before it goes further.
Time and billing
Capture time and prepare an invoice in JURINEZ. Docnez issues the invoice and tracks payment. This is ordinary invoicing, not trust accounting.
Client portal
An invitation-only place where a client sees what the firm has chosen to share, and nothing else.
E-signatures via Docnez or DocuSign
Request a signature from a matter document. Docnez is the default. A firm may connect its own DocuSign account instead.
An assistant that shows its work
Summaries, contract review and drafts are planned to stay tied to documents the user is already allowed to see. A citation that cannot be matched to a source is marked unverified. Nothing is presented as legal advice, and a lawyer verifies the result before it can be shared.
Read the AI principlesDesigned rule
AI-generated — requires lawyer verification
AI features stay locked until the firm has a positive balance of prepaid credits. Credit prices are not published yet.
Security is part of the product, not a badge
Encryption, separate firm workspaces, multi-factor authentication and audit logs are planned. JURINEZ does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any other certification. No certification is in place.
