Draft
Privacy Policy
This draft describes how the public JURINEZ website and its early access waitlist handle personal information. It is not the future product’s customer agreement, and it has not been through legal review.
Draft, pending legal review. This page is not a final policy, not a contract, and not legal advice. It will be replaced after counsel has reviewed it. Last updated 8 November 2026.
Who we are
The site at jurinez.com is operated by Nezuna Technologies Inc., an Ontario corporation, in Ontario, Canada. In this draft, “we” means that company. JURINEZ is the product described on the site. It is in development and is not yet a service you can sign in to.
What this draft covers
It covers this marketing website and the early access form. It does not cover the future JURINEZ application, client portals, or a data-processing agreement with a law firm. Those documents will be written before any firm is asked to put client information into the product, and they will be reviewed by counsel.
Information the form collects
If you submit the waitlist form, we receive:
- Your name, work email, and firm or organization.
- Your role, and, if you provide them, practice size, location and a short message.
- Your confirmation that we may store those details and contact you.
- Technical data the server records with the request, such as the time, a request identifier, IP address and user agent, used to operate the form and limit abuse.
Do not include confidential or privileged client information in the message. The form is not a secure channel for a legal file.
A hidden field
The form includes a field that people are not asked to fill in. Automated submissions that fill it are discarded and are not stored as waitlist requests.
Why we use it
We use the form to:
- Decide whom to invite if early access opens in Canada.
- Reply to you about that access.
- Keep the form from being flooded.
We do not use the waitlist to advertise unrelated products, and this draft does not authorize sale of the list. If that position changes, this page will be updated before the change, and the draft will still need legal review.
Where it is stored today
By default, a submission is written to the application log of the server that receives it. That log is personal information and should be treated as such. A later email or customer-record system can be connected by configuration. If that happens, the submission is sent over HTTPS to an address we configure. No vendor is named or connected on this site today. We will update this draft before a provider receives waitlist data in production.
How long we keep it
The retention period is not finalized. The working intention is to keep a request until early-access outreach for that request is finished, or until you ask us to delete it, and then to remove it from the active log within a reasonable time. Backups, if any, may take longer. The final period will be set in the reviewed policy.
Cookies
This marketing site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the waitlist form does not create an account. Hosting infrastructure may record standard server logs. We do not set a marketing cookie from the pages themselves.
Security of this site
The production site is planned to be served over HTTPS. That is an operational measure for a marketing page. It is not a certification, and it is not the security design of the future product. The product’s planned controls are described on the security page, which also states that no certification is claimed.
Canadian privacy law
Personal information submitted from Canada may be subject to Canadian private-sector privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, where it applies, provincial legislation. This sentence is not a legal opinion and not a claim that this draft meets any statute. Counsel will review the notice before it is treated as final.
Access and deletion
To ask for a copy of your waitlist details, or to ask us to delete them, submit the early access form again and say so in the message, using the same email address. We may need to confirm that the address is yours. There is no separate inbox on this site.
Children
The site is aimed at legal professionals and their firms. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through the form.
Changes
When this draft is replaced, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you have already joined the waitlist, a material change to how we use those details will be described here before we rely on it.
